Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy

We ship most in-stock items within 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays), and on occasions when we can't, we'll let you know. 

We ship via FedEx.  We offer shipments via the United States Postal Service for PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, as well as for Alaska and Hawaii. 

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on an automated system directly linked to the FedEx and USPS websites.  Accurate shipping costs can only be calculated with the actual shipping address desired.  To “estimate” your cost of shipping, please select your order and proceed through the checkout process.  After you have indicated your actual shipping address, the system will display your shipping fees.  You are under no obligation to proceed further if you so do not wish.  This information is displayed before your payment details are required. 

Orders for electronic gift cards are not charged a shipping fee. 

Rush Delivery

Orders which have selected an express delivery method (i.e. all FedEx Air methods) are processed in less than 2 business days.  As always, if there are any issues during processing, we will let you know.

Return and Exchange Policy

We stand by our product and we are sure that you will like it once you try it.  If, however, for any reason you are unsatisfied, Contact Us to request an RMA number before returning any items.  Our refund policy is set forth below:
  • If the Biowashball® is broken during shipping, we will immediately send a replacement, at no cost to you.  If it arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately
  • If the Biowashball® is unopened and unused, it can be returned within 10 days for a full refund. 
  • If the Biowashball® is unused but opened, it can be returned within 30 days subject to a 10% restocking fee. 
  • If the Biowashball® is used, it can be returned within 30 days subject to a 25% restocking fee. 
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refunded for returns.
  • Returns will only be accepted for orders purchased from BioWash USA, Inc. or www.getbiowashball.com.  If you purchased your Biowashball® elsewhere, you will need to contact that merchant for a refund. 
  • Gift cards will not be refunded.  They have an expiry of twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
