Here at BioWash USA, Inc., we would like to see everyone using a Biowashball®. While we are based in the United States, we offer international shipping at competitive rates. BioWash USA, Inc. is the exclusive distributor of the Biowashball® throughout the Americas, except Chile. Our territory consists of all of North America, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Central America, including the Caribbean, and South America, excluding Chile.
Domestically, we use FedEx as our postal carrier of choice. However, we have found that the United States Postal Service has the best rates internationally. The USPS hands over the package to the national carrier of whichever country the product is being shipped to. If you are concerned about the reliability of your national postal carrier, feel free to ship via FedEx for a small premium.
